Hmmm...this is strange... I have now downloaded the file 3 times with 3 different browsers (from both Turbonet and Gigapeta), each time WinRAR (and also 7zip) says:

Yes, I have checked the file size. It apparently should be 313,76 MB and my downloaded file is exactly that.
Have you tried and download the file yourself (from Turbonet or Gigapeta?) to see if you also get the error?
